Volunteer Roles:
COY19 is organized using a flat team structure, meaning everyone’s opinions are equally valued. However, to ensure smooth communication, YOUNGO is especially looking for youth with leadership experience to take on Coordinator roles. As a Coordinator, you’ll facilitate communication, coordinate tasks, and report progress to the broader organizing team.
